The National Centre for Diversity has ranked ±«Óătv as one of the UK’s most inclusive places to work!

±«Óătv was ranked 27th at the recent annual FREDIE Awards, held in Birmingham, as part of their “Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces” list.

Charlotte Dando, ±«Óătv’s Diversity and Inclusion Manager, was also recognised for her contributions and commitment to inclusivity, after being shortlisted for the “Most Inspiring Individual of the Year” award.

The FREDIE Awards were set up seven years ago, to champion and celebrate companies and individuals who are going above and beyond, in their commitment to equality and diversity. FREDIE (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement) is central to the core philosophy of ±«Óătv and its approach to both staff and learners.

Solat Chaudhry, Chief Executive at the National Centre for Diversity, said: “I send my warmest congratulations to ±«Óătv on successfully reaching number 27 in the Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2022.  We celebrate the exceptional work of people and organisations who have equality, diversity and inclusion running through their DNA. Let’s rejoice at this and build a better society.”

±«Óătv was acknowledged for a number of effective FREDIE practices and policies, which the award-winning training provider has implemented to create a culture of respect, fairness and dignity for all. ±«Óătv also has a staff EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) Advisory Panel, whose function serves to continuously improve and embed FREDIE practices further throughout ±«Óătv.

±«Óătv was further honoured by the FREDIE Awards. It was also given the conditional achievement of the Investors in Diversity standard!
