Our Level 2 Diploma in Primary Care Administration and Reception is designed to introduce the initial skills and knowledge needed to be successful in a front-line reception or administrative role.

This Apprenticeship will enable learners to undertake their roles and responsibilities whilst
supporting Patients in a safe clinical environment, and maintaining quality of services as front line staff.
